We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and passionate Program Manager – Development Studies to lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of development projects while strengthening partnerships and driving measurable social impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
• Develop project proposals, concept notes, donor reports, and knowledge products.
• Design and conduct research studies, baseline assessments, impact evaluations, and field investigations.
• Ensure effective budget management, timeline adherence, risk mitigation, and donor compliance.
• Build and nurture partnerships with government departments, CSR partners, funding agencies, academic institutions, and community stakeholders.
•Lead and mentor project teams, consultants, and field staff to ensure high-quality programme delivery.
•Contribute to organizational growth through strategic planning, business development, and resource mobilization efforts.

Eligibility Criteria
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in the development/NGO sector.
• Demonstrated experience managing CSR-funded, government-funded, or donor-supported projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in sectors such as Education, Health, Livelihoods, WASH, Child Rights, or Community Development will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project locations across India.
