About Lahanti Institute Of Multiple Skills (LIMS)

Lahanti Institute Of Multiple Skills (LIMS), an initiative of ESAF Foundation, is dedicated to empopwering marginalized and vulnerable communities by enhancing their skills and capacities. Established in Jharkhand, LIMS focuses on equipping tribal and rural youth, particularly women, with industry relevent skills to enhance their employeebility and economic independence.

LIMS adopts a holistic approach to skill development through structured skill training programs, hands-on learning, strategic partnerships with various stake holders by fostering skill-based education and capacity building. LIMS creates sustainable livelihood opportunities and contributes to the socio- economic transformation of communities. With a strong emphasis on quality training, inclusivity, and innovation, LIMS plays a crucial role in unlocking the potential of India's rural workforce.


Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and documenting skill training programs at LIMS. The role involves ensuring the smooth execution of training sessions, maintaining records, engaging with stakeholders, and mobilizinig students. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to details, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams for a successful program execution.


Key Responsibilities

Program Documentation & Training Management:

1. Maintain detailed records of training programs, including
objectives, activities, outcomes, and feedback.
2. develop and refine training modules, project proposals, and
reports in clear, concise, and accurate manner.
3. Supervise training programs, ensuring smooth executionvia
maintaining quality documentation of the processes and results
related to LIMS projects.
4. Maintaining documentation and MIS data of training, including
attendance, assessment and evaluetion records related to LIMS
projects.
5. Updating daily reports for each activity undertaken at centers
and submitting it to LIMS.
6. Plan and organize training sessions for LIMS trainees and
trainers.
7. Plan, organize, and implement training programs.
8. Present all all technical and training supply requirements,
including proposals, modules, reporting, materials and
manpower.
9. prepare and deliver gigh quality trainikng courses.
10. Guiding and monitoring of all assigned task of the training
team.
11. Provide guidance and monitoring support to the training team
to ensure program succesws.
12. Conduct monthly and annual review meeting with the training
team to assess the progress and address challenges.
13. Documenting and evaluating training outcomes.

Operation Management

1. Ensure proper managemenmts for residential training centers - including beneficiary needs, system,monitoring, safety, recording and cleanliness.

Colleboration and Outreach

1. Liase with government agencies and project partners to facilitate
smooth program implimentation.
2. Communication and coordination with other department to
provide relevent data and documentation as per requirement.
3.Promote LIMS institute and actively mobilize students for
enrollment in our courses.
4.Coordinate market linkages for products made by LIMS trainees.

Additional REsponsibilities:

1. Carryout any other duties assigned by the organization to
support project goals.

Qualifications & Other Requirements.

Education:
Post graduate degree in development studies, Social Work or any other related field .

Skills:

1. Strong communication ( English & Hindi) and documentation
skills.
2. Proficiency in project management and training coordination.
3. Ability to manage data and maintain reports accurately.

Experience:
Atleast two years of experience in Project Development or a related field is (mandatory)

Personal Attributes:

1. Highly organized, detail - oriented, and proactive.
2. Punctual, hardworking, and commited to social development.
3. Willingness to travel as required.
4. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
