Birati Globe Vision Society (BGVS) is a grassroots NGO working in the field of education and community development in West Bengal since 2007.

We are looking for caring, committed and enthusiastic teachers to join MSVR Mission Academy, an English-medium school following the ICSE curriculum (Nursery to Class VIII) serving around 300 children in rural West Bengal.

Location: 1) Gangatikuri, Ketugram-II, near Katwa, Purba Barddhaman, West Bengal
2) Dwarir Jangal, Sandeshkhali, 24-Parganas (N), West Bengal

We are looking for teachers who:

* Love working with children
* Can teach English and/or Mathematics clearly and patiently
* Have a positive and caring attitude
? Are willing to learn and work as part of a small team
? Can use simple, creative and digital teaching methods

Qualification:

* Graduate with D.El.Ed / B.Ed or Master's degree
* Fresher and experienced local candidates are welcome
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to guide, motivate and work closely with teachers
* Basic knowledge of digital/education teaching technology will be an advantage
* Experience in a rural/community-based school is an advantage
