About the Position
We are looking for a responsible, caring and disciplined Female Hostel Warden to supervise and manage the residential hostel for female NEET aspirants. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, supportive, disciplined and conducive environment for students preparing for competitive medical entrance examinations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day functioning and overall administration of the girls' hostel.
* Ensure safety, security, discipline and well-being of all resident students.
* Supervise students' daily routines, including study hours, meals, rest and recreational activities.
* Ensure students adhere to hostel rules, study schedules and institutional guidelines.
* Monitor attendance, entry/exit and maintain hostel registers and records.
* Conduct regular rounds and ensure cleanliness, hygiene and proper maintenance of the hostel.
* Coordinate with housekeeping, security, mess and maintenance staff.
* Address students' concerns and provide appropriate guidance and emotional support.
* Communicate with parents/guardians regarding students' hostel-related matters when required.
* Handle medical or other emergencies promptly and coordinate with the appropriate authorities/hospital.
* Ensure a ragging-free, harassment-free and student-friendly environment.
* Support students in maintaining a focused and positive atmosphere conducive to NEET preparation.
* Submit regular reports to the management regarding hostel activities, attendance, discipline and student welfare.
Eligibility & Qualification
* Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
* Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in hostel management, residential educational institutions, schools, colleges or coaching institutes preferred.
* Experience with girls' hostels or NEET/JEE coaching/residential academic programmes will be an advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving and crisis-management abilities.
* Must be caring, patient, responsible and capable of maintaining discipline.
* Willingness to stay in the hostel/campus is essential.

Preferred Candidate Profile
A mature and responsible female professional who can act as a mentor, guardian and administrator for young students, while maintaining appropriate discipline and professional boundaries.
