Job Description: Project Executive – Kolkata

Position Summary:
The Program Executive will implement MOHAN Foundation’s organ donation awareness programs in West Bengal, liaising with hospitals, schools, local authorities, and community groups. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and experience in community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
?Plan and execute awareness sessions, workshops, and donor registration drives in West Bengal.
?Build relationships with hospitals, schools, Panchayats, NGOs, and community leaders.
?Maintain donor databases, track registrations, and report outcomes.
?Assist in organizing events and campaigns under MOHAN Foundation initiatives.
?Support training programs for volunteers and coordinators.
?Collect feedback and stories for promotional and impact reporting purposes.

Qualifications & Skills:
?Graduate in Social Work, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related fields.
?1–3 years of experience in community outreach, healthcare, or social work programs.
?Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bengali and English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus).
?Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
?Passion for organ and eye donation awareness and advocacy.
