About the Position
The Cluster Coordinator will be responsible for managing and implementing livelihood and development programs at the block level. This includes providing technical and implementation support to field teams, ensuring effective execution of initiatives, and contributing to documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and coordinate the implementation of livelihood/development programs at the block level.
•Provide ongoing technical and implementation support to field teams.
•Facilitate field-level trainings and capacity-building sessions.
•Document project progress, success stories, and lessons learned in both English and Hindi.
•Maintain and update program MIS and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications & Experience
•Agriculture Graduate/Post Graduate
•Minimum of 5 years of proven field-level experience.
•Sound understanding of agriculture-based livelihood and development programs.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and Hindi.
•Experience in writing field reports, success stories, and process documentation.
•Proficient in using MS Office and Internet tools.
•Prior experience in training and capacity building.

Remuneration
Up to 35,000 /- per month (based on experience and qualifications).
