Job Summary: SUPPORT Jharkhand is looking for a qualified and dedicated Person for the post Model School in charge under SBI Gram Seva Project at Gidhour Block Chatra, Jharkhand. The selected candidate will be responsible for Model school in intervention area.

Key responsibility:
* Manage the day-to-day activities and overall functioning of the Model School.
* Monitor teaching and learning activities to improve students' academic performance.
* Coordinate with school teachers, headmasters, parents, and community members.
* Ensure regular student attendance and maintain attendance registers and academic records.
* Organize remedial classes, digital literacy sessions, and other educational activities.
* Support teachers in developing effective teaching methods and learning materials.
* Monitor the availability and proper use of teaching-learning materials and school equipment.
* Organize student assessments and track academic progress.
* Conduct parent-teacher meetings and community awareness programmes to promote education.
* Prepare monthly reports, maintain documentation, and submit progress updates to the reporting officer.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment.
* Follow organizational policies, safeguarding standards, and prescribed procedures.
* Perform other duties assigned by the reporting officer.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
Qualifications: Graduate/post graduate.
Experience: 1-2 years in social development field.
Required Skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work with rural communities.
* Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.
* Commitment to ethical practice and community welfare.
