• Monitor PK attendance, shift reporting, zone allocation, collection rounds and SOP compliance.
• Ensure fair work distribution and effective manpower utilisation.
• Resolve equipment, bag, vehicle and support-related delays with responsible officials or contractors.
• Escalate unresolved manpower issues, protests, work stoppages and repeated non-compliance with evidence.

2.4 Waste Segregation, Collection and Diversion:
• Monitor source segregation and collection according to the approved system.
• Track zone-wise wet, dry and other waste quantities, and ensure accurate weighing and recording.
• Ensure proper temporary storage and channelisation to authorised processors or recyclers.
• Coordinate timely lifting of waste to prevent overflowing sheds and market disruption.
• Monitor contamination, recovery and diversion performance and recommend improvements.

2.5 Government and Stakeholder Coordination:
• Coordinate with GBA, AROs, JHIs, supervisors, marshals, contractors, market associations and vendors.
• Track commitments relating to manpower, infrastructure, vehicles, encroachment and waste movement.
• Maintain meeting notes, responsible persons, deadlines and action-taken status.
• Escalate government-dependent issues to the Project Manager with supporting records.
• Support vendor awareness and resolution of stakeholder concerns.

2.6 Data Verification, Monitoring and Reporting:
• Ensure timely submission of daily weighing records, attendance, observations and operational reports.
• Work with the Data Manager to verify completeness, accuracy and consistency of field records.
• Analyse zone-wise and shift-wise waste quantities, collection rounds, time use and staff productivity.
• Investigate discrepancies between observed and reported performance.
• Prepare daily summaries, weekly reviews and monthly inputs with photographic and documentary evidence.

2.7 Infrastructure and Resource Management:
• Monitor readiness, maintenance and proper use of sheds, trolleys, bags, weighing machines and equipment.
• Coordinate installation, repairs and replacements with the relevant agencies.
• Maintain inventory and monitor resource utilisation.
• Ensure storage sheds remain clean, organised and functional.
• Report infrastructure gaps and track completion of approved improvements.

2.8 Training and Capacity Building:
• Support training for PKs, supervisors, marshals, vendors and project staff.
• Ensure understanding of SOPs, reporting responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Conduct refresher orientations when recurring mistakes are observed.
• Assess field-level improvements after training and maintain attendance and assessment evidence.

• Maintain a daily issue tracker with responsible persons, action taken and resolution status.

• Follow up until closure and verify that corrective measures are effective.
• Recommend SOP and process improvements based on field evidence.
