Educational Qualification	:	Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences or a relevant discipline

About the Position

The Outreach officer – Individual Enterprises will play a key role in supporting rural women in launching and expanding sustainable individual microenterprises. This position involves field-based engagement, business planning support, capacity-building interventions, and facilitating access to markets, finance, and technical resources.

Key Responsibilities

Identify women with entrepreneurial potential and onboard them into the program.
Facilitate enterprise development trainings focusing on business planning, operations, pricing, and financial literacy.
Provide individualized mentoring and handholding support for business initiation and growth.
Assist women entrepreneurs in accessing government schemes, startup capital, and working capital.
Build linkages with local buyers, input suppliers, financial institutions, and service providers.
Support market assessments and feasibility studies for various rural enterprise models.
Coordinate with field teams to ensure follow-up and progress tracking of entrepreneurs.
Document success stories, challenges, and learning from individual enterprise development.
Contribute to periodic reports, reviews, and impact assessments related to the intervention.
