Position : Program Officer
Location : Bhiwandi
Reports to : Program Coordinator
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : Preferably 3+ years in the social sector, ideally working with UPHCs and ASHAs. Mentoring and team management experience is desirable. Freshers with relevant qualifications and interest may also apply.

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and implement project activities and coordinate trainings for ASHAs and UPHC staff.
2. Build relationships with health officials, healthcare staff, ASHAs, and other stakeholders.
3. Support ASHA mentoring, field staff supervision, and referral system strengthening.
4. Monitor project activities and ensure accurate data entry in CommCare.
5. Maintain documentation, prepare reports, and support data management.

Key Skills
1. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder coordination skills.
2. Planning, leadership, problem-solving, and team management.
3. Good MS Office, documentation, and reporting skills.
4. Fluency in Hindi and Marathi; working knowledge of English.
5. Integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and willingness to travel.
