* We're Hiring | Civil Engineers & Project Managers – Infrastructure Execution

Ennoble Social Innovation Foundation is looking for experienced civil engineering professionals to join our growing Infrastructure Execution team.

We work on large-scale government school transformation projects across India, including civil construction, school renovations, infrastructure development and project execution.

We are looking for professionals with strong hands-on site execution experience, preferably from a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) background, who can independently manage projects and ensure timely, quality-driven delivery.

* Base Location: Mumbai
* Experience: 3–5 years
* Qualification: Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
* Travel: Willingness to travel across India based on project requirements

* What We're Looking For:

* Strong hands-on experience in civil construction, renovation and site execution.
* Good understanding of BOQ, site planning, project scheduling and quality control.
* Experience in contractor management, vendor coordination and project monitoring.
* Ability to manage multiple project sites, track progress and ensure timely completion.
* Strong communication, reporting and coordination skills.
* Prior experience in PMC, construction project management or multi-site infrastructure projects will be preferred.
* Experience in NGO, CSR or school infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.

* Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day execution of assigned civil and infrastructure projects.

Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, vendors and internal teams.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, work quality and site progress.

Maintain project documentation, progress reports and execution updates.

Ensure successful completion and handover of assigned projects.
