Provide Tele-Counseling to Moderately/Severely underweight children to improve their health and weight and for high-risk pregnant mothers
Beneficiaries onboarding responsibility, Managing Chatbot
Documentation of beneficiaries counselling details, Write case studies
Maintain accurate beneficiary records, call logs and counselling outcomes in the designated systems.
Share beneficiary feedback, challenges and emerging risks with supervisors.
Refer beneficiaries as and when required support(medical/emotional)
Referral follow up and maintaining record
Conduct field level IEC activities and support trainings with team members
Need base travel to outstation for IEC activities and training purpose
