JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD COORDINATOR / COMMUNITY MOBILISER CUM MIS COORDINATOR

Project Location: Mohali and Patiala Districts, Punjab
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: As per experience and organisational norms

Job Responsibilities

1. Field Coordination

Coordinate the implementation of skill development training programmes at designated centres and field locations.

Conduct regular field visits to monitor training activities, attendance, and candidate progress.

Coordinate with trainers, local authorities, community leaders, and project officials.

Ensure timely achievement of project targets and compliance with project guidelines.

2. Community Mobilisation

Mobilise eligible candidates from villages, urban communities, and target areas for skill training programmes.

Conduct door-to-door visits, community meetings, awareness campaigns, and counselling sessions.

Assist in candidate registration, document collection, Aadhaar verification, and batch formation.

Maintain regular contact with candidates to ensure enrolment, attendance, and successful course completion.

3. MIS and Reporting

Maintain accurate candidate records, attendance sheets, registration details, and training progress reports.

Update MIS portals, Excel sheets, and other project-related online platforms regularly.

Upload required photographs, geo-tagged evidence, and supporting documents as per project guidelines.

Submit daily and weekly progress reports to the Head Office within the prescribed timelines.

4. Monitoring and Compliance

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to project SOPs and training requirements.

Track candidate attendance, batch progress, assessments, and placement-related information, wherever applicable.

Coordinate with the Head Office for resolving field-level issues and meeting project deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: Graduate; computer proficiency is essential.

Experience in skill development projects, NGO programmes, community mobilisation, or MIS operations will be preferred.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, online portals, and data management.

Good communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi; basic English knowledge preferred.

Must be willing to travel within Mohali and Patiala districts.

A personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory for field duties.
