• Coordinate the development and deployment of digital applications, dashboards, and reporting systems, ensuring that functional requirements, data quality, and user adoption support program objectives.
• Prepare donor reports, milestone deliverables, technical presentations, and implementation updates, ensuring that reported achievements are supported by validated data and documented evidence.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditure, procurement, staffing, and contractual timelines in coordination with finance, grants, procurement, and operations teams.
• Develop scopes of work, terms of reference, KPIs, and deliverable schedules for external agencies and vendors; monitor performance and review deliverables against contractual requirements.
• Maintain a program risk register covering implementation delays, staffing gaps, government approvals, procurement dependencies, data quality, and target achievement; coordinate mitigation and escalate critical issues.
• Organize technical working groups, stakeholder consultations, and program review meetings; document decisions and track agreed actions through closure.
• Coordinate program assessments and implementation learning activities, document evidence and promising practices, and recommend improvements for program effectiveness and scale-up.
• Contribute to technical proposals, concept notes, budgets, annual work plans, and expansion strategies for TB interventions.
• Ensure compliance with NTEP guidelines, approved project protocols, donor requirements, organizational policies, and applicable data protection standards.
