About the Role
Lead the implementation of Project Belaku across government schools in Kalaburagi, creating child-friendly learning spaces that encourage reading, creativity, and experiential learning.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage project implementation across government schools.
Coordinate with school authorities, government officials, vendors, and local communities.
Supervise field coordinators and volunteers.
Oversee procurement, classroom setup, budgets, and timelines.
Maintain project documentation and progress reports.

Who Can Apply?
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Preferably 2–5 years of relevant experience in NGO programmes, education, community development, or project implementation.
Fluency in Kannada and working knowledge of English.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preference for candidates based in or familiar with Kalaburagi.
Willingness to travel regularly to Bengaluru.
