ABOUT SHEETAL L FOUNDATION
Sheetal L Foundation (SLF) is the CSR arm of Abhinandan Ventures. It channels the group’s commitment to society into focused programmes in healthcare, education, women’s empowerment and the environment, working with communities, NGOs, hospitals, schools and partners across Maharashtra, Goa and Uttar Pradesh. Its work includes:
• Healthcare: Mobile Medical Unit bringing diagnostics, preventive care and primary healthcare to underserved rural communities.
• Child eye care: Vision India Initiative, providing eye screening and spectacles to school children from underprivileged communities.
• Education: STEM Innovation and Skill Centre programmes and smart classrooms in government schools, and the Solar Bag Initiative that lets children in remote hamlets study after dark.
• Women’s empowerment: Women’s health and well-being awareness programmes, and support for NGOs working with survivors of domestic violence.
• Maternal care: Redevelopment of the Labour Ward at JJ Hospital, Mumbai, to improve maternal and newborn care in a public hospital.
• Environment and volunteering: Native tree plantation, a Miyawaki urban forest in Thane, and employee volunteering such as beach clean-ups, the Diwali Bazaar and the Joy of Giving drive.

ROLE OVERVIEW
SLF is looking for an Operations Executive to run the day-to-day operations of its projects and initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of Human Resources and Operations. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners and NGOs, guide the interns who support SLF programmes, and keep projects documented, tracked and moving on time. This is a strong fit for a social work professional who enjoys structured, ground-level execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end operational activities for SLF projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners and other stakeholders.
• Support and manage interns, including allocation of tasks and coordination.
• Maintain project-related data, records and documentation.
• Support process improvement and ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Handle day-to-day communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with compliance, reporting, MIS and project documentation.
• Track project progress, deliverables and timelines.
• Provide regular operational updates and reports to the management team.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Educational Qualification
• BSW or MSW (Social Work) is preferred.
• Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources (General HR) or Operations will also be considered.
Experience
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR, operations or project coordination, preferably in an NGO, foundation or CSR setting.
Skills and Attributes
• Working knowledge of general HR practices and operations coordination.
• Good command of MS Excel and MS Office for MIS, tracking and reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable working with vendors, partners and community stakeholders.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Ability to guide interns and work well across teams.
• Genuine interest in social impact and community development.
