• Position: Manager – Fundraising
• Location: Patel Nagar, Delhi
• Reporting to: Executive Director / Director
• Job Type: Full-time
Descriptions for the role:
As a Manager - Fundraising will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships with corporate donors. The goal is to secure funding and resources for Sewa International’s diverse projects while ensuring that corporate partners achieve their social impact objectives and compliance requirements under the Companies Act.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive fundraising and resource mobilization strategies and targets.
• Develop and manage relationships with CSR, corporate, institutional, and philanthropic partners.
• Identify new funding opportunities and build a strong donor pipeline.
• Lead proposal, concept note, budget, and donor presentation development.
• Manage donor engagement, reporting, renewals, and partnership growth.
• Collaborate with program, finance, and communications teams to strengthen fundraising outcomes.
• Lead and mentor the resource development team.
Requirements:
• Postgraduate qualification with 4–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, CSR, business development or the development sector.
• Strong relationship management, communication, proposal writing, negotiation, and team leadership skills are essential.
• Compensation : Upto 6.5 LPA
