WOSCA (Women Organisation for Socio-Cultural Awareness) is a leading development organization working across Odisha to empower tribal and marginalized communities through initiatives in livelihoods, women's empowerment, health, nutrition, education, child protection, climate-resilient agriculture, and local governance. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting functions, ensure statutory compliance, strengthen financial systems, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

We seek a dedicated and mission-driven professional from Odisha who is passionate about contributing to social development. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Odia (written and spoken) and capable of effectively engaging with community institutions, government departments, auditors, banks, donors, and development partners. Beyond technical expertise, we value integrity, accountability, teamwork, and a strong commitment to improving the lives of tribal and marginalized communities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESIC compliances.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Strengthen internal financial controls and systems.
Manage cash flow, fund utilization, and banking relationships.
Lead, mentor, and support the finance team.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Strong knowledge of taxation, accounting standards, and statutory compliances.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Relevant experience in finance and accounting management, preferably in the development sector.
