1. Job Positions & Locations
Project Locations: Jamnagar | Surendranagar | Ahmedabad | Junagadh

1. District Project Coordinator
Position: 1 per district

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and monitor district-level project activities.
- Coordinate with government departments, health facilities, schools, NGOs and community stakeholders.
- Lead field teams and supervise Community Mobilisers.
- Prepare implementation plans and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project targets, beneficiary services and field performance.
- Maintain MIS, documentation, progress reports and project records.
- Submit regular updates to the state/project management team.

Qualification: MSW, MA Social Work, MPH, PG in Public Health, BSW with relevant experience or other relevant postgraduate qualifications.

2. Community Mobiliser
District-wise positions

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct community mobilisation and household-level outreach.
- Engage adolescent girls, women, parents and vulnerable communities.
- Coordinate with schools, Anganwadi centres and community leaders.
- Organise awareness sessions, community meetings and health camps.
- Identify eligible beneficiaries and facilitate health-service referrals.
- Maintain beneficiary records, attendance and field reports.
Qualification: BSW, MSW, BA, MA, Public Health or other relevant graduate qualifications.

3. Counsellor – Mental Health / Psychological Counsellor
District-wise positions

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide basic psychological counselling and emotional support.
- Conduct mental health awareness and community sensitisation sessions.
- Support mental health screening and identification of psychological concerns.
- Facilitate referrals to appropriate mental health professionals and healthcare facilities.
- Maintain confidential counselling records and follow-up documentation.
- Coordinate with health professionals, project teams and community stakeholders.
Mandatory Qualification:
- Master's Degree / Postgraduate qualification in Psychology.
- PGDCP (Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology) or higher relevant professional qualification in counselling.
- Candidates must have a Psychology academic background.
Additional Advantage: UGC-NET / SET qualification, relevant counselling experience and community mental health experience.

4. ANM / Staff Nurse
District-wise positions

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support community health activities and health awareness programmes.
- Assist in health camps, screening and beneficiary coordination.
- Provide health education and basic nursing support within professional scope.
- Coordinate with government healthcare facilities and authorised medical staff.
- Support vaccination-related activities under authorised health personnel and applicable government protocols.
- Maintain health records and activity documentation.
Qualification: ANM, GNM or B.Sc. Nursing. Valid professional registration as applicable.

2. General Eligibility & Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Community mobilisation and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district.
- Commitment to working with vulnerable communities.
