Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ?25,000 – ?35,000 per month (CTC). Final salary will depend on experience and qualifications.

About the Organization
Navjyoti India Foundation is a not-for-profit organization established in 1988 under the leadership of Dr. Kiran Bedi. The organization works for crime prevention through welfare initiatives and focuses on education, women empowerment, youth skill development, community development and environmental programs.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally.
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle bank transactions and prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Verify bills, invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Deduct TDS and assist in preparing TDS returns.
- Maintain records related to statutory compliance including PF and ESI.
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for internal management.
- Monitor project expenses and assist in budget tracking.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain financial records.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (NGO experience preferred).
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Office, especially Advanced Excel.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of financial documentation and reporting.
