About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support key HR functions, including payroll, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience and an understanding of HR processes and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other applicable labor laws
• Handle HR operations, including employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)
• Maintain employee records and HR documentations
• Coordinate and manage full & final settlements (FNF)
• Assist in HR audits and ensure adherence to organizational SoPs
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

Eligibility Criteria:
• MBA/PGDM in HR with 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR, with strong exposure to payroll and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel preferred) and HR/payroll software
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation: As per market standards, depending on experience and suitability.
