ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND

MAMTA-Health Institute for Mother and Child, New Delhi; a Pan-India NGO, works on issues of health and development, with a focus on Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition, Adolescent/Young People’s Sexual Reproductive Health (YSRH), HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Non-Communicable Diseases since 1990. MAMTA works in a technical capacity and also as an implementing organization, which provides immense opportunities to engage with communities and stakeholders, learn, enhance skills, and deliver in a multi-disciplinary environment. MAMTA HIMC is implementing a project “STRENGTHENING PRIMARY HEALTH CARE IN SIROHI AND UDAIPUR DISTRICT OF RAJASTHAN” with a focus on improved Health outcomes amongst the rural population in Rajasthan. Criteria for the vendor-

The items and Quantity of items may be increased or decreasedas per need.
The quotation must have the valid GST number of the company.
The contact number of the owner and the address of the firm must also be mentioned on the quotation.
The validity of the rates must be mentioned on the quotation.
GST percentage applicable on the equipment should be mentioned on the quotation.
Delivery time of the equipment to the respective location should be mentioned on the quotation.
If freight charges are applicable, please mention the same separately on the quotation.
