The Executive Secretary should be dynamic and experienced to support the management and the senior leadership team to ensure smooth and effective organizational operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.
Location: Kasturinagar, Bengaluru
Job type: Full time (Monday to Saturday)
Educational qualifications & Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate in any discipline (Post graduate preferred)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in computers and digital tools (MS Office, MIS systems, etc.)
• Working knowledge of HR and accounts
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Strong sense of responsibility, leadership qualities, and team orientation
• Interest in working in the NGO/social sector is essential
Salary: Gross Salary Rs.50,000/- (Per month)-(commensurate with qualification and experience)
Job responsibilities:
• Provide executive support including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination
• Draft and manage independent communication, and official correspondence
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, minuting the proceedings, follow up and stakeholder interaction
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation systematically
• Support administration, HR, and basic accounts functions
• Prepare MIS reports, track performance metrics, and assist in data analytics
• Leverage digital tools for efficient workflow and reporting
• Assist in performance management and organizational coordination
• Work closely with teams and demonstrate leadership and teamwork
