OMRAH is a leading NGO in Odisha, working for the health and development of neglected and vulnerable communities for the last two decades, including a Targeted Intervention project on prevention and control of HIV/AIDS and STIs in Cuttack. We invite applications for the following positions under this project.

1. Program Manager (01 Post)
Job Title: Program Manager
Category: Social & Public Service
Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift
Work Nature: Office-based with field coordination

Monthly Salary: ?21,000 (Fixed)

Minimum Education: Post Graduation in Psychology / Sociology / Anthropology
Experience: Experience in programme management and NGO/social sector preferred

2. Counsellor (01 Post)

Experience: 1 year experience in TI / NGO preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Implement outreach and communication activities with high-risk and vulnerable groups.
Conduct one-to-one and group sessions using IEC materials and health games.
Manage information booths, microphone messaging, and distribution of condoms and IEC materials.
Support crisis management and refer beneficiaries to STI/ICTC and other health facilities.

5. Medical Officer (01 Post)
Job Title: Medical Officer
Category: Health Services / Social & Public Service
Job Type: As per programme need (Day Shift)
Work Nature: Clinic-based with limited field visits
Location: Cuttack (Applications welcome from across India)
Monthly Salary: ?20,000 (Fixed)

Minimum Education: MBBS in any discipline (Regular / Retired doctors may apply)
Experience: Experience in STI/HIV/AIDS programmes preferred
General Eligibility (for field positions)
Must be a resident of the same district.
Proficiency in Odia and local communication.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to work with vulnerable and high-risk populations (IDU, FSW, MSM, migrants, etc.).
