o Voucher and Bill Management
o Banking and Cash Handling
o Financial Reporting
o Purchase and Sales Accounts
o Statutory Compliance
o Payroll and Staff Payments
o Audit Support
o Stock and Financial Coordination
o Record Keeping and Documentation
Required Qualifications
• Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
• Preference may be given to candidates with B.Com / M.Com / Accounting certification
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or similar software is preferred
Required Experience
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or audit-related work
• Experience in working with FPOs/FPCs, NGOs, SHGs, cooperatives, agribusiness organizations, or rural enterprises is preferred
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping
• Familiarity with vouchers, ledgers, and financial documentation
• Knowledge of GST, taxation, and statutory compliance
• Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and accounting software
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy
• Ability to prepare financial reports and maintain records systematically
