Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Mobilization
Mobilize women and children for SLS-based activities and encourage participation in SLS content viewing, reading assessments, eye-tracking studies, and related research.

Build relationships within the community, facilitate two-way feedback, and support onboarding of additional community mobilizers when required.
Centre Operations & Coordination
Ensure smooth daily functioning of the community centre and manage logistics for events, workshops, and research activities.
Maintain attendance and activity records.
Research & Study Support
Identify households for surveys and qualitative research on TV viewing and media consumption.
Support interviews, FGDs, surveys, reading assessments, and assist in conducting eye-tracking sessions after training.
Documentation, Reporting & Collaboration
Document activities, maintain organized field data, and prepare regular progress reports.
Participate in planning meetings and coordinate with team members to support project implementation and improvement.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Gender Studies, Development Studies, Media Studies, or a related field.
Master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be preferred.
Prior experience in community-based projects, education, or research will be an added advantage.
