Master Trainer (Government Welfare Schemes)
Location: Various districts across Rajasthan
About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and committed individuals for the position of Master Trainer to support the effective implementation of government welfare schemes across different parts of Rajasthan. The Master Trainer will play a critical role in capacity building, supervision, and ensuring outreach to targeted beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for Scheme Coordinators on various Government Welfare Schemes
Develop and deliver structured training modules and materials
Provide on-field guidance and handholding support to Scheme Coordinators
Supervise and monitor the performance of approximately 15 Scheme Coordinators
Ensure that targeted beneficiaries are reached on a monthly basis
Track progress, maintain records, and submit periodic reports
Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders for smooth implementation

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (Social Work / Rural Development / related field preferred)
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in training, capacity building, or social sector programs
Good understanding of Government Welfare Schemes
Strong communication and presentation skills
Computer literate (MS Office, reporting tools, etc.)
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts
