Job Description
The Project Director will be responsible for the overall implementation and management of the project. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with stakeholders, building team capacity through training, and ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of project activities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage project implementation and field operations
Coordinate with government departments, stakeholders, and partners
Plan and conduct training and capacity-building activities
Monitor project progress and ensure quality outcomes
Prepare and submit reports and documentation
Ensure proper data validation and record management
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, preferably in child development or related sectors
Experience in training, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
Required Skills
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Proficiency in data management and report writing
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and communities
