Centre for Social Justice is a socio-legal, Non-Governmental Organization (NGO which is one of the first organisations of its kind in India that uses the judicial system to fight for the rights of marginalised people. CSJ’s work with access to justice requires professionals with strong communications skills and a strong belief in collective working to manage our various programmes. We are looking for following positions:-

Job Title –MIS Coordinator

Location: Ahmedabad with extensive field engagement

Key Responsibilities

1. Techno-Managerial Systems & MIS
• Develop and manage programme MIS for case tracking, activity monitoring, and outcome measurement
• Ensure data quality, timely data entry, and analytical use of programme data
• Use digital tools (spreadsheets, dashboards, shared drives, case databases) to strengthen reporting and decision-making
• Support digitisation of case records, legal documentation, and knowledge product
• Support capacity building of field teams on legal processes, documentation, and use of technology
• Facilitate internal reviews, reflection meetings, and learning sessions

2. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
• Track progress against indicators, outputs, and outcomes
• Prepare high-quality narrative and analytical reports for internal review and donors
• Contribute to development of case studies, briefs, best practices and programme learnings
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and narrative reports

3. Digital & Technical Management
• Manage virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, etc.)
• Handle basic troubleshooting during live events or coordinate with tech support
• Comfortable with Data collection tools and tech

• Remuneration
Consolidated monthly Remuneration, commensurate with experience and organizational norms.
