About Palette:
Palette is an early-stage social impact initiative focused on building sustainable and community-driven solutions that address climate challenges while improving livelihoods for underserved communities. The initiative aims to create scalable models that combine environmental responsibility with income generation.

Role Overview:
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join as core team members to help build Palette from the ground up. This is an opportunity to work closely on strategy, field implementation, and problem-solving in the social sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Work on designing and implementing pilot projects
Conduct field research and community engagement
Support development of sustainable livelihood models
Assist in partnerships, outreach, and stakeholder coordination
Contribute to strategy, documentation, and growth planning

Self-driven and willing to take ownership in an early-stage setup
