About the Role
The Program Development & Fundraising Coordinator will play a critical role in strengthening the organization’s fundraising and program development efforts. The incumbent will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, and supporting fundraising initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives. This role involves close collaboration with leadership and program teams to secure funding from diverse sources, build and maintain donor relationships, and ensure effective execution of fundraising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and presentations for existing and new programs at AVN, Raipur.
• Design and develop communication materials and collaterals that effectively represent the organization’s initiatives.
• Identify, research, and pursue new funding opportunities from foundations, corporations, and other potential donors.
• Represent the organization at relevant non-profit events and networking platforms to build strategic partnerships.
• Ensure transparency, compliance, and accountability in all fundraising activities.
• Coordinate and monitor on-ground program implementation and overall organizational activities in Raipur.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed reports and records.
• Liaise with funders to ensure deliverables are aligned with approved scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Support training and capacity-building initiatives for project staff, as required.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising within the non-profit sector, with a proven track record of securing grants from foundations and corporate donors.
• Postgraduate degree in Social Work or related social sciences; candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Com) from a recognized university may also be considered.
• Overall 5–7 years of professional experience, preferably within non-profit or philanthropic organizations.
• Proficiency in database management and strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
Key Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Willingness to travel extensively to program locations and field sites.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confidence and ability to interact professionally with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, flexible approach with a willingness to take initiative beyond defined responsibilities when required.

Remuneration
Compensation up to ?45,000 per month (CTC), negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
