Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new markets and expand distribution network
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Manage relationships with distributors and retailers
• Execute trade promotions and ensure product visibility
• Brand Promotion -Execute marketing campaigns at ground level
Coordinate with marketing teams for activations
Ensure brand visibility (POSM, merchandising)
• Reporting & Analysis
Track sales performance and KPIs
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
Use CRM tools for pipeline management
• Channel Management
Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
Ensure product availability and visibility in outlets
Handle trade schemes, promotions, and incentives
• Sales Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Drive primary and secondary sales
Monitor competitor activities and pricing

KPIs / Performance Metrics
Sales volume & revenue growth
Market share increase
Distributor network expansion
Outlet coverage & product availability
ROI on trade promotions

Requirements:
?Executive: 1–3 years (FMCG sales/field work)
? Strong communication and negotiation skills
? Field-oriented and target-driven approach
? Graduate (B.com/ M.com / MBA / MSW preferred)
