About the Role
We are seeking a motivated District Coordinator to lead and manage the implementation of a Financial Literacy Project. The candidate will be stationed in Dibrugarh and will oversee project activities across Dibrugarh, Charaideo, Sivasagar, and Jorhat districts.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and oversee project activities across assigned districts
• Supervise and support field staff
• Coordinate with banks, government departments, and local stakeholders
• Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and data management
• Monitor progress against targets and project milestones
• Organize community camps, meetings, and outreach activities

Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum Graduate in any discipline
• 2–4 years of relevant field or coordination experience preferred
• Preferably a local candidate familiar with the assigned districts
• Must own a two-wheeler for field travel
• Computer proficiency is mandatory (MS Office, reporting tools)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary & Benefits
• Salary: ?32,000 per month (PF & ESIC applicable)
• Travel Allowance: ?5,000 per month
