The kolkata based non-profit 'Labannya', is operating throughout the state of West Begal, since the year 2011.

Apart from those, the organization has undertaken a self-sufficient / resource mobilizing project for the promotion of "Gen Z & Gen Alpha" age groups. For the aforesaid project, 'Labannya' is happy to announce the post, designated as "DISTRICT COORDINATOR & RESOURSE MOBILIZER" (DRM). 23 DRMs will be recruited for all the districts of West Bengal.

WHO CAN CONTACT US ?
1) Age 18-58 years (M/W) must be from West Bengal only (any district).
2) Minimum educational qualification 10+2 or above.
3) Excellent advocacy and marketing skill with target driven mentality and most dynamic / hard field working attitude.
4) Good public contact and network will be mandatory for this post.

JIB ROLE:
* Survey + Advocacy + Team Building + Meeting Arrangement + Marketing and Resource Mobilization.

COMPENSATION:
a) The compensation for this post is INR 35,000/- (fixed) alongwith the matching incentives on target, if applicable.
2) Initially, its a two years contractual recruitment, may/may not be be renewed -depending on his/her performance assessment and analysis.
