Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional to lead our Grant Writing and Partnership Development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategic thinking with compelling storytelling to mobilize resources and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end grant writing processes (concept notes, proposals, donor reports)
Develop high-quality proposals for INGOs, CSR foundations, and institutional donors
Identify and pursue new funding opportunities and partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and networks
Collaborate with program teams to align proposals with field realities
Strengthen VIEWS’ positioning through impactful communication and documentation
Key Requirements
Proven experience in grant writing and proposal development
Strong exposure to INGO and CSR funding ecosystems
Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills
Ability to translate grassroots work into compelling narratives
Strong networking, communication, and partnership-building skills
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
