About the Role
Vision Rescue is looking for an experienced and committed Operations Manager to lead and strengthen program operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of multiple projects while coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor overall project implementation across all locations
• Track project progress and ensure timely execution of activities
• Conduct regular field visits for on-site assessment and support
• Supervise and guide project staff for effective performance
• Manage project-related coordination, including liaison with project owners and stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance
• Lead monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes for all programs
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements

Qualification & Experience
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Master’s in Sociology
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program/project management
• Experience in NGO or development sector preferred

• Excellent monitoring and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for field visits
• Problem-solving and decision-making capability
