1. Co-working with the Swavlamban Samiti(Village Advisory Group) to identify the
right person as Mitra(Barter Personnel) , Dhavak(Delivery Partner) , Vaani(Master
Trainer) and register on the app after basic basic due diligence through
Swavlamban Samiti.
2. Supporting Swavlamban Samiti to integrate and support the Vaibhavi(Micro
Enterprise Group) business through local knowledge, governance support etc.
3. Inducting the initial members of Swavlamban Samiti towards their roles.
4. Orienting Swavlamban Samiti for identifying and selecting Vaani Mitra & dhavak,
with detailed inputs on role of petals in Swavlamban Samiti in Swavlambi Vatika.
5. To ensure that ontime identification of all the stakeholders is complete.
6. Organising meetings in each section of the village to mobilise various groups in the
community towards Swavlamban. Mobilising local collectives for collective action.
7. Identifying the first two - the Sevak & the Sevika for Swavlamban Samiti to initiate
the process of constituting the Swavlamban Samiti.
8. Identification of the Vaibhavi(Micro Enterprise Groups) (minimum 2) in
consultation with Vaani, Swavlamban Samiti and related stakeholders in the Vatika
villages.
9. Identifying and selecting the right person as CSP and registering them on the app
after basic induction. Activation of Business activity at CSP with support from
Cluster and Avyagrah(Banking Team) as per the need.
10. Relationship building with Community and ensuring that trust-worthiness built
quickly for self & organization
