About the organization: SThree Welfare Services Foundation (STSF) is a Section 8 Not for Profit organization registered under The Indian Companies Act, 2013. Among its mandates, STSF aims to contribute towards the global commitment of attaining SDG-1, 2, 3, 4 and 6. STSF works with Government, Non-Government Organizations, Trusts, Academia, Training Institutions, CSRs, Funder etc. It is established by a team of seasoned professionals from diverse sectors. STSF is a service-driven platform offering a diverse range of solutions tailored to the needs of various clients in the social development & Corporate Social Responsibility space. STSF is built on the principles of collaboration and strategic synergy, ensuring effective and sustainable solutions. Its foundation is rooted in a deep understanding of social issues and service-driven requirements, making it a committed partner in fostering meaningful development.

STSF believes not to give free services to any beneficiaries, and therefore designed revenue model social service concept under various themes.

About the services: STSF aims to provide Menstrual hygiene services to adolescent girls and women of reproductive age, Career guidance to under graduate and graduate students, Soft Skill development to hard skilled students and professionals, Artificial Intelligence learning to any individuals interested to learn use of AI tools, financial literacy to any families interested for investment and Agri business to farmers. These are revenue model social services, which is not dependent on external donors. The revenue in these concepts is generated by collecting minimal and affordable service charge from the community. Most of these services are provided to targeted beneficiaries through online as well as offline platforms.

Opportunity for professionals: STSF is in process of expanding these services in other districts across India. The reach of services will be expanded through implementation of concept by like-minded institution in their preferred geographies.

STSF is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Partnership Managers to lead strategic collaborations across key states in India. The role will be instrumental in building, nurturing, and scaling partnerships with NGOs, academic institutions, and government stakeholders to strengthen program outreach and impact. This position demands a professional who can combine relationship-building, strategic thinking, and execution excellence to drive sustainable partnerships.

Who can Apply: The candidates should have

1. Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Studies, Management, Public Policy, or related field.
2. Knowledge of geographies, communities, government system, and academic system of assigned state.
3. 5+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, Liasioning, and networking.
4. Prior experience working with NGOs, academic institutions, management institutions of government bodies is highly desirable.
5. Written and speaking Local reginal, English and Hindi languages.
6. Ability to work on deliverables-based consultancy and achieve results within given and limited time period.
7. Good understanding of revenue model social development concepts and community driven development system.
8. Personal behavior like Self-respect, confidence, accountability, reliability and ability to maintain high standards of performance for self.
9. Must own laptop, smart phone and personal vehicle which they can use for office work.

Compensation
• No fixed monthly fees, depends on ability and capability. Offer ranges from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 75,000 every month.
• Performance-based monthly fees depend on deliverables achieved.

Roles and responsibilities of Partnership Manager: The Partnership Manager will be required to do following tasks.

• Identify, map, and onboard potential partners including NGOs, and Academic institutions including universities, colleges, high schools, coaching, etc.
• Build a high-value partnerships aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and implement state-level partnership strategies.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all partners in the assigned state.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and capacity-building of partners.
• Ensure smooth implementation of partnership-led initiatives.
• Track partnership performance, deliverables, and impact metrics.
• Maintain accurate partnership databases as well as beneficiary’s database.
• Other tasks, as directed by STSF Senior Management as on required.
