1. Age Criteria & Experience:
a. Age should be between 18 to 35 years.
b. Fresher or Experienced both preferred
c. Neither Petal nor any of Petal’s Immediate relatives are eligible to apply.
2. Education:
a. Minimum Graduate (No 12th pass, need bit professional people)
3. Skills:
a. IT skills must
b. Email Communication
c. Internet applications
d. Presentation, Documentation, understand basic Excel features
*A basic IT certificate is mandatory. He/She may either enroll in the Drishtee
IT Certificate Course or submit any other valid IT Certificate.
4. Language skills:
a. Good Written and Verbal Communication-
i. Regional: Well known, Speak, Read and Write
ii. Hindi: Understand, Speak, Read, Write
iii. English: Understand, Read
5. Mandatory Prerequisite for job:
a. Two-Wheeler with DL and driving skills
b. Smartphone,
c. Laptop (Refer-Laptop Policy for details)

6. Location preferred:
a. Should be part of same block – Will need to share recent Address proof
b. Preferred - Based from Block market area (No Villages – more mobile and
connected to market)
7. Job Profile:
a. Identification and selection of Business units and building franchisee network (Maximum 3 Months)
b. Manage and support the post onboarding support for franchisees to grow the business
c. Manage field-based activities, service support for franchisees, Local level partnerships.
d. Ensure continued activity of business and Revenue generation for each unit (Minimum Rs. 4Lac top line revenue achievement by 6 months)
8. Area and Geography:
a. Will be responsible for minimum One Block network building and
management.
9. Remuneration and Engagement:
Annual CTC- Rs 1,86,000/- plus Rs 4,500/- Monthly Expenses.
