Position: Program Executive
Location: MOHAN Foundation Office, Tripura

MOHAN Foundation is inviting applications for the position of Program Executive for its Tripura Office.

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and skilled professional who is passionate about social impact and capable of managing programs effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate or preferably a masters in social work or sociology or nursing

Work Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience

Required Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong rapport-building and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (reading and writing)
- Proficiency in Bengali speaking
- Strong report writing skills
- Ability to handle tense situations calmly and effectively
- Experience in organizing large programs/events
- Ability to work efficiently as a team

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement program activities in Tripura
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Organize awareness programs, meetings, workshops, and large-scale events
- Prepare timely reports and documentation
- Lead and support the team in achieving program goals
- Respond effectively in challenging or high-pressure situations
