3. Location: Keonjhar District (Banspal, Harichandanpur Blocks), Dhenkanal District (Kankadahad Block), Raygada District (Muniguda Block), Nuapada District (Komna Block), Gajapati District (Guma Block)

4. Reporting To: Project Manager cum State MIS

5. Annual CTC: INR 3.72 Lakh with Additional Travel

6. Contract period: Initially for a period of 1 year

7. Job Purpose:
Block Coordinator cum MIS is responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and ensuring the smooth implementation of project and operation activities in adherence to logistics, human resources, administration, and security procedures. The position demands developing and conceptualizing strategies for the proper implementation of program activities and coordinating with different stakeholders for the desired outcome. S/He will plan regular visits to the field and supervising all planned and assigned activities to ensure their smooth implementation with an outcome-based approach. She/He will ensure stakeholder management, coordination and meetings as required for the delivery of the project.
Any other work as required by the organization.

8. Key Responsibilities:
A. Block-Level Planning & Implementation
• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all project activities at the block level.
• Organize and facilitate PRI trainings, digital awareness camps, and youth capacity-building programs.
• Ensure activities are conducted as per project timelines and guidelines.
B. Team Supervision & Capacity Building
• Supervise and guide Digital Ambassadors and other field-level staff.
• Monitor their performance and ensure achievement of block-wise targets.
• Provide regular mentoring and support to strengthen field-level implementation.
C. MIS Management & Data Monitoring
• Manage block-level MIS operations, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
• Validate data quality and maintain updated records of beneficiaries and activities.
• Track application status, service delivery progress, and key performance indicators through digital systems.
D. Coordination & Convergence
• Establish and maintain effective coordination with Block Development Office (BDO), PRI institutions, CSCs, schools, and relevant line departments.
• Facilitate convergence with government schemes and digital service delivery platforms.
• Represent the project in block-level meetings and reviews.
E. Reporting & Documentation
• Ensure proper documentation of activities, case studies, and success stories.
• Prepare and submit timely reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to the State Program Manager and Project Lead.
• Maintain both digital and physical records as per project requirements.
F. Monitoring & Quality Assurance
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor activity implementation and ensure quality standards.
• Identify gaps and challenges, and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and adherence to project protocols.
G. Community Engagement & Awareness
• Promote digital literacy and awareness among community members, especially marginalized groups.
• Support mobilization of beneficiaries for trainings and service uptake.
• Strengthen last-mile service delivery through community-based facilitation mechanisms

9. Additional Details:
? Qualifications: At least Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline, preferably in social science.
? Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in working with tribal communities.
? Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; adept at advocacy and public speaking.
? Work Environment: Role based in the respective district with extensive travel within the project area.
? Contract and Compensation: Full-time position; competitive salary and benefits.
