Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Program Coordinator to lead field implementation across multiple locations. The role involves driving partnerships, managing teams, and delivering targets at scale.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead program execution across assigned locations
• Build and manage local partnerships (institutions, community networks)
• Manage coordinators, trainers, and volunteers
• Drive targets: sessions, outreach, and partner activation
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and program quality
Requirements
• 4–8 years’ experience in field operations / NGO / CSR / outreach roles
• Experience managing teams or multiple locations
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments
