This is a full-time position based in Ganjam district, Odisha. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, maintaining accounts, and ensuring proper financial documentation of all project activities. The role requires accuracy, transparency, and timely reporting to support effective project implementation.

Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or any relevant field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software (Tally preferred)
• Ability to maintain records and prepare financial reports
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Preference will be given to candidates from Ganjam district or nearby areas

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day financial records and accounts of the organization
• Prepare vouchers, bills, and receipts properly
• Manage cash book, ledger, and bank transactions
• Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking
• Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documents
