District Head – Sonitpur, Assam
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated District Head to lead and oversee project implementation activities in Sonitpur, Assam. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, coordination, and field management skills—especially in banking, finance, or enterprise development sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
?? Ensure recruitment and selection of adequate Vitta Sakhis and Mentors.
?? Oversee and support field-level training sessions as per the training plan.
?? Deliver or facilitate training for Vitta Sakhis with Master Trainers.
?? Manage and escalate operational issues related to training or loan sourcing.
?? Ensure loan applications are sourced as per assigned targets.
?? Address concerns of local bankers and resolve issues related to loan processing timelines.
?? Support data reporting, research, and monitoring & evaluation (M&E) activities.
Special Notes:
Perform additional tasks assigned by the State or National Head.
Prepare and submit monthly planning and progress reports.
Obtain approval before sharing project-related data publicly.
Candidates from banking, finance, or enterprise development backgrounds are preferred.
Occasional travel to other districts may be required.
