Project Brief-Through the ESIC program, Piramal foundation is working to support ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) to enhance the accessibility, and uptake of its scheme’s services and benefits for the beneficiaries/end users and create an observable environment in the ecosystem

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Program Management: Design interventions in-line with Organizational & ESIC Program vision & execute them end-to-end in his/her cluster
• Change Management: Lead & manage the piloting & deployment of various interventions at various govt facilities /offices as well as other ESIC beneficiary touchpoints. Come-up with a time-bound change management plan in alignment with internal team & external stakeholders
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with ESIC and ESIS departments, and other stakeholders to align project goals with ESIC’s health initiatives. Foster strong relationships to drive project success.
• Training & Capacity Building: Organize and oversee training sessions for healthcare staff on the new digital tools and processes. Ensure that all users are equipped to effectively utilize the implemented solutions.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables. Monitor project health, track progress, and report to senior management and stakeholders regularly.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to project delivery and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Manage any issues that arise during the deployment of digital solutions.
• Digital Public Health Expertise: Preferred to have expertise on digital health interventions and public health programs. Ensure the integration of digital solutions aligns with overall program objectives.

Experience required:
• 12-14 years of experience managing social sector projects/programs
• Previous experience in public health a plus.

Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health or any other

Desirable Skills:
- Proficient in people management as well as project/program management. Demonstrated past experience of directly managing & leading a team of people.
- Strong background & knowledge of social sector - preferably public health systems and digital interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under uncertainty

Degree of Travel: Travel within location: 100%

Travel to outside of location: 20%
