Job Description:

Arpan Seva Sansthan is hiring Field Coordinators for the Nand Ghar ISP Program (Anil Agarwal Foundation) in Bikaner district. The role involves working closely with communities at the grassroots level to ensure effective implementation of program activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Community mobilization and engagement at village level
Coordination with Anganwadi workers and local stakeholders
Conducting field visits and monitoring program activities
Data collection, documentation, and reporting
Ensuring timely execution of project deliverables
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Preference: Candidates with Anganwadi / NGO / community work experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel within assigned blocks
Experience:
0–3 years (Freshers with relevant exposure can also apply)
Salary:
As per organization norms
