Job Opening: Medical Officer (MBBS) – Jharkhand

We are inviting applications from qualified and experienced Medical Officers for our ongoing projects across various districts in Jharkhand. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering primary healthcare services through regular OPDs and health camps at assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:-
* Clinical Duties
* Attend and manage patients as per hospital shift schedules
* Examine, diagnose, and treat patients
* Prescribe medications and ensure proper treatment protocols
* Supervise and guide paramedical staff
* Handle both OPD (Outpatient Department) and IPD (Inpatient Department) cases
* Conduct regular IPD rounds.

Administrative & Managerial Responsibilities:-
* Conduct regular OPDs for local patients
* Direct, supervise, and coordinate all medical activities at the health unit
* Ensure adherence to OPD/IPD protocols by nursing and medical staff
* Plan and manage health camps in the community
* Provide guidance and instructions to nursing and medical teams
* Deliver maternal and child healthcare services
* Support and implement government health programs at the community level
* Contribute to overall community health services

Eligibility Criteria
* MBBS degree from a recognized institution
* Valid registration with State Medical Council / Indian Medical Council
* Willingness to work in field and remote locations

Additional Preference
Candidates willing to stay on-site (residential role) will be given preference
