• Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition (MCHN)
• Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (YSRHR)
• Communicable Diseases (CDs) such as HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis ‘B’ & ‘C’
• Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs)

MAMTA is seeking applications for post of School Coordinators – for school initiative supported by HCLFoundation with the aim to improve the health and well-being of students in 15 government schools in Lucknow through school-based preventive and promotive health services. The project intervention focuses on conducting regular health screening camps, including general check-ups, growth monitoring, anemia testing, vision and dental screening, counselling, awareness sessions on nutrition, hygiene, mental well-being and referral support.
Educational Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Social Work or a degree in Public Health, or any related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the development sector or school-based programs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, teachers, and community members.
• Basic understanding of health, hygiene, and well-being issues among children and adolescents.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement field-level activities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel locally; candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving license will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and support implementation of school-based health and awareness activities in assigned schools.
• Conduct regular school visits and engage with students, teachers, and parents to promote health and well-being.
• Facilitate basic health screening activities and support identification of students requiring additional care or attention.
• Maintain essential records and documentation related to program activities and student health.
• Support referral of identified cases to appropriate health facilities and follow up where required.
• Deliver awareness sessions on key themes such as nutrition, hygiene, and mental well-being.
• Provide basic counselling and guidance to students as needed.
• Coordinate with schools and local stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
• Ensure timely execution of activities in line with project plans.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on activities and progress.
