Reporting To: Executive / Manager
 
Salary: Rs 20,000 CTC
 
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care and support community healthcare initiatives. The role involves both clinical responsibilities and active participation in door-to-door healthcare campaigns to improve community well-being.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Patient Care & Clinical Duties
  • Monitor vital signs and assess patients’ physical and mental health.  
  • Administer medications and assist in medical procedures. 
  • Support doctors and medical staff in treatment planning and recovery management. 
  • Assist Care-on-Wheels medical consultants and pharmacists. 
Door-to-Door Campaign Responsibilities
  • Conduct household visits to collect and update healthcare-related data. 
  • Perform surveys to identify general and seasonal diseases. 
  • Educate community members about available healthcare facilities. 
  • Provide basic health consultation and awareness. 
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper records in the system. 
  • Track and follow up with beneficiaries for effective service delivery. 
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate patient and survey records. 
  • Report changes in patient conditions and community health trends. 
Unit & Inventory Management
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained. 
  • Monitor and manage medical supplies and inventory. 
Collaboration
  • Work closely with doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams to deliver effective care.  
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • ANM OR GNM certification is mandatory. 
  • Strong clinical knowledge of nursing procedures and healthcare practices. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Basic computer knowledge for data entry and reporting. 
  • Physical stamina to manage fieldwork and long hours. 
  • Empathy, patience, and a community-focused approach.
