Location : Tamil Nadu & Karnataka

Qualifications, Experience & Key Attributes

Qualification : MSW/ Rural Management or equivalent degree

Experience : 2-5 Years

Key Attributes:

Ability to analyze.
Ability to produce documents and reports of professional quality and coordinate activities independently.
Fluency in spoken and written English, Hindi, Tamil & Kannada
Computer skills demonstrating competency in MS Office
Willingness to travel extensively in Karnataka & Tamil Nadu
Ability to network and liaise with Government Officials, Community Leaders and NGOs

Key Responsibilities

Support regular activities of the Regional Manager in the domains of Education, Livelihood, Communication & Advocacy and Humanitarian Aid.
Maintain MIS database
Coordinate with the Regional Manager in day-to-day activity support
Prepare programme reports & documents
Coordinate with aspiring S-ILF scholars and facilitate their application process
Support programme team in developing livelihood proposals
Identifying and providing content for stories from the field to be showcased on S-ILF website and social media platform
Write case studies
